The enchanting old town of Pollensa, together with the nearby Puerto Pollensa, is beautifully situated at the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains in northern Mallorca. Here, you can explore a delightful range of shops and galleries, as well as a plethora of bars and restaurants offering both traditional Mallorquin cuisine and international dishes, all prepared with the freshest local produce.

Along the waterfront, the lovely Pine Walk stretches parallel to the sandy beach, providing breathtaking views of the Alcanada Peninsula. The Old Town is characterized by the striking hill of Ca'n Puig and its notable monastery. If you visit in early August, make sure to immerse yourself in the lively Moors and Christians festival, featuring captivating reenactments of the historic battles, where the Christians inevitably emerge victorious!

I booked a trip to Canada through Your Endless Travel. At first I couldn’t give him dates or a budget or much of a suggested itinerary as it all depended on a house sale. But he hung in there and worked with what I could give him and ended up organising a brilliant trip that was seamless in every respect. He kept in constant touch, was available even out of hours should we have needed him while travelling and I felt the whole trip was remarkably cheaper than I had expected.
