Tim specialises in villa holidays around the world - putting some twists on the experience if required involving bespoke villa cookery schools in Mallorca, with highly regarded chefs and some tv celebrity chefs.

But he hung in there and worked with what I could give him and ended up organising a brilliant trip that was seamless in every respect.
